Recap #9- tips on how to lose weight

UNRIPE PLANTAIN.

Unripe plantain is considerably low in carbohydrates, with high fibre
content, essential vitamins and minerals.

When eaten with lots of vegetable soup, it
makes a great weight loss and healthy meal.

It's not a heavy meal, so when eaten as dinner, it make you go to  bed feeling light.
