About today's world Cup qualifying match - Zambia 1-2 Nigeria

Nigeria started their World Cup qualifying series journey with a 2-1
victory over Zambia at the Levy Nwanawasa Stadium on
Sunday.

Two first half goals Arsenal's Alex Iwobi and Manchester
City's Kelechi Iheanacho steered the west African giants to
their first win in Group B.

The Super Eagles were less relentless in attack even with the
presence of Zambia president Edgar Lungu, as the trio of Iwobi,
Iheanacho and Moses Simon gave Stopilla Sunzu’s marshaled
backline a torrid time.
