Recap #1-tips on how to lose weight

As demanded, I will be doing a daily repost of the weight loss tips. 



Drinking Lemon water is quite a great and fast way to lose weight especially that stubborn belly fat.

HOW TO PREPARE LEMON WATER
All you need to do,  is squeeze out the lemon juice into a cup,
Add water(hot or cold, but not boiling water)
Add a pinch of salt.
Take this first thing in the morning before any meal.
Be faithful in doing this, and you will see result in no time.

DID YOU KNOW...
1. Lemon juice,  when applied directly in the armpit, kills body odour.
2. Drinking lemon water makes your skin glow.
