Food - don't starve yourself, eat whenever you are hungry but try to eat less.
How to eat less:
1. Use small plates for your meals, because research has shown that when you use small plates, it makes you think you have eaten more/plenty.
2. Drink a glass of water before every meal, this would make you feel full.
3. Eat small lunch with small dinner.
Note: please try not to eat once it is past 7.30pm because food eaten after that time, digests slowly, making you feel quite heavy.
