President Muhammadu Buhari has sent the names of two Judges

confirmation.

The two nominated Judges are Justice Sidi Bage from Nasarawa
State (North Central) and Justice Paul Jauro from Taraba State
(North East).

Senate President, Bukola Saraki, disclosed this while reading a
letter from the Presidency at the resumed session of the Senate on
Tuesday.

According to a Premium Times report, President Buhari had in the
letter asked the Senate to consider his request and give it the
urgent attention it deserves.

Justice Jauro, who was born on June 26, 1954, became a Judge of
the High Court in 1998 and was appointed Justice of the Court of
Appeal in 2008.

Also, Justice Bage, who was born on June 22, 1956, became a
Federal High Court Judge in 1992 while he was appointed as
Justice of the Court of Appeal in 2000.

It was learnt that the National Judicial Council (NJC) had earlier
sent the recommendation of the two Judges to President
